I’ve carried one mission throughout my life: leave every place better than I found it. Sometimes that looked like small acts of care. Other times, bold acts of leadership. For more than 20 years in C-Suite and executive roles, that mission has guided me.

It’s taken me across the globe, shaping award-winning cultures and driving performance inside some of the world’s most influential brands: Disney, Lancôme, Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, Goop, JustFab, ShoeDazzle, Skin Laundry, Orora, and more.

But the higher I climbed and the more companies I scaled, the clearer the truth became: what business needs most is not just sharper strategy, it is braver, more conscious leadership.

That’s why I founded ANERA COLLECTIVE: to prove that companies do not have to choose between profit and principle. We can grow wisely, lead boldly, and thrive with integrity, not by extracting from people or the planet, but by regenerating both.
